WHAT ARE THE DAYS AND TIMES FOR OKTOBERFEST

  • Oktoberfest is from September 8 through November 3

  • Wednesdays and Thursdays 6pm - 10pm
    (All ages welcome. 20 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

  • Fridays 6pm - 1am 
    (21+ only w/ a valid ID)

  • Saturdays Daytime 12 Noon - 5pm
    (All ages welcome. 20 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

  • Saturdays Evening 6pm - 1am 
    (21+ only w/ a valid ID)

  • Sundays 12pm - 7pm 
    (All ages welcome. 20 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)

WHAT IS THE ADMISSION FOR OKTOBERFEST?

WEDNESDAYS AND THURSDAYS

  • FREE ADMISSION
  • All Ages Are Welcome (Under 21 w/ parent/guardian)
  • 6PM - 10PM

FRIDAYS

  • $10 - $40 ADMISSION TICKET
  • Event is for 21+ Only w/ Valid ID
  • 6PM - 1AM

SATURDAYS -DAYTIME-

  • $10 - $15 ADMISSION TICKET
  • Kids 12 and under is FREE
  • All Ages Are Welcome (Under 21 w/ parent/guardian)
  • 12 Noon - 5PM

SATURDAYS -EVENING-

  • $15 - $45 ADMISSION TICKET
  • Event is for 21+ Only w/ Valid ID
  • 6PM - 1AM

SUNDAYS

  • $10 - $15 ADMISSION TICKET
  • Kids 12 & under is FREE
  • All Ages Are Welcome (Under 21 w/ parent/guardian)
  • 12 Noon - 7PM

HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

  • Tickets can be purchased online by visiting www.OktoberfestHB.com
  • Tickets can be purchased at the door. Tickets are always available at the door.

CAN I RESERVE A TABLE AT OKTOBERFEST AND DOES THIS INCLUDE ADMISSION?

ARE DOGS ALLOWED IN OKTOBERFEST

  • Dogs are not allowed inside Oktoberfest EXCEPT for Saturday Daytime (12 Noon - 5pm) and on Sunday.

  • Dogs are allowed on Saturday Daytime (12 Noon - 5pm) and on Sunday.

  • Service animals are allowed inside Oktoberfest.

WHEN IS GERMAN UNITY DAY?

What food are served at Oktoberfest?

Do you accept cash and/or credit card?

  • The ticket window is CASH and CREDIT CARD.
  • Most bars inside Oktoberfest accept cash or credit card, but some accept CASH ONLY.

Is there a military, veteran or first responder discount?

  • Yes! Active-duty military, veterans and first responders get 50% OFF Admission AT THE DOOR ONLY with ID, badge or DD-214

  • 50% OFF Admission is ONLY available AT THE DOOR. Discount is not available for tickets purchased online.

  • REMINDER: All firearms must be left at home.

Where is Old World Village located?

  • Old World Village is centrally located in North Huntington Beach directly off the 405 freeway at the famous Beach Boulevard exit.

  • We are in the heart of the Old World Village - a Bavarian village complete with cobblestone streets, imported lamp posts, and murals depicting European countries

Where can I park for Oktoberfest and is the parking free?

  • Parking is always free at Old World!

  • Parking is available at the high-rise parking structure off Huntington Village Lane and Center Ave. behind the Hotel Huntington Beach.

  • Do not park in our WEST lot next to the Vans Skate Park. This is for Old World residents only. Violators will be towed.

  • There is additional parking at the high-rise parking structure in Bella Terra.

Where is the Oktoberfest entrance?

  • Follow the signs in the Old World Village to go to the Oktoberfest entrance.

  • Do not go to the restaurant entrance.

  • To the right of the restaurant entrance. Look for the giant banner that says "Oktoberfest Entrance"

Is there a security checkpoint to enter Oktoberfest?

  • To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, there is a checkpoint.

  • All attendees must have a valid ID.

  • You may be subject to random security screenings/searches and questioning and agree to observe all requirements for entry.

  • Admission will be revoked and purchaser will be removed if not in compliance.

  • Cans, bottles, weapons, mace, firearms, fireworks, contraband, outside alcohol, marijuana, laser pointers, artificial noisemakers, knives, tasers, stun guns, pocket knives and containers of any kind are prohibited inside the event.

  • No clothing or identifying markers of members of hate groups, gangs and/or organizations that do or do not engage in criminal or other notorious activities is permitted (discretion will be left to management or security staff).

  • No re-entry is allowed. If you are purchasing tickets for a group, forward the individual tickets to your group members as we do not have will call.

  • Everyone must have a ticket to gain entry to the event. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.

  • By purchasing this ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions set forward.


Can I leave the event and re-enter?

  • There is no re-entry.

  • Certain situations are at the discretion of security.

Can I bring kids to Oktoberfest.

  • Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturday Daytime and Sundays are family-friendly.

  • If under 21, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What bands will be playing?

Can we bring our own beer mugs?

  • Yes. You can bring your own beer mugs.

  • We'll be happy to fill them, but we'll pour the beer into our own measured cups and you can then pour these into your own beer mugs.

  • We cannot fill your beer mugs directly.

I want to be an Oktoberfest Shot Girl. How do I apply?

  • Oktoberfest Shot Girls auditions are held yearly in August.

  • Please send your headshot and resume to info@OldWorldHB.com and management will reach out!

HOW DO I STAY UP-TO-DATE ON ALL THE EVENTS AT OLD WORLD?

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

ADMISSION TICKETS 

  • General admission available on all dates during Oktoberfest from Sept. 8th thru Nov. 3rd.
  • Tickets purchased online are sent to purchaser's email. Tickets can be presented on a mobile device or printed. 
  • Fast Pass (Priority Admission) ticket is available on select dates for additional cost.
  • Fast Pass (Priority Admission) ticket includes 1 complimentary beer and front of the line/separate entrance.  

WAITING IN LINE: 

  • You are still subject to wait in line even if you purchase PRESALE GENERAL Tickets, Reserved Table, or Package Special on our website. We always suggest arriving early to avoid long lines.
  • If we hit capacity, we will hold the line until guests leave before letting more people in. Please note you are subject to waiting in line for an extended period of time before we can let more people in. 
  • Online ticket holders and ticket purchasers MUST wait in the same general admission line.

SEATING:  

  • Seating is first come first serve and not guaranteed unless you reserve a table. 

OKTOBERFEST TABLE RESERVATION: 

  • Our tables can seat 6-8 guests.
  • There are limited quantities available, so book yours now!
  • Table price does not include admission.
  • You can purchase Reserved Tables when you purchase your ticket(s) online. Purchase on the Universe ticketing website, in the event DESCRIPTION, click on “Oktoberfest Table Reservations” link & select your table option.
  • You can also purchase Reserved Table by CLICKING HERE and then SELECT THE DATE you wish to purchase a table. Complete the purchase on the Universe website.
  • Please note: If you do not purchase a table, there is only standing room.
     

OUR OUTSIDE GRILL(S): 

  • Our outside grill(s) is open during Oktoberfest. Our full menu is not served.

OUR RESTAURANT: 

  • The Restaurant is separate from Oktoberfest.
  • The Restaurant takes reservations through Yelp. For reservations help, call 714-895-8020 ext.111. 
  • The Restaurant Happy Hour is $2 off drinks Monday-Thursday from 3pm-6pm.

The Restaurant Hours are: 

  • Monday & Tuesday 11am-8pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday 11am-10pm
  • Friday & Saturday from 11am-10pm
  • Sunday 11am-9pm

PARKING IS ALWAYS FREE AT OLD WORLD

  • Parking is located in the high rise structure off Huntington Village Lane and Center Ave. behind the Hotel Huntington Beach. Please follow the parking signs located on Huntington Village Lane to the orange high rise parking structure.
  • Do not park in the East or West parking lots of Old World Village. Violators will be towed.

OKTOBERFEST AGE POLICY

  • Wednesday 6pm-10pm is *ALL AGES
  • Thursday 6pm-10pm is *ALL AGES
  • Friday 6pm-1am  is **21+ ONLY
  • Saturday Daytime 12 noon-5pm is *ALL AGES
  • Saturday Evening 6pm-1am is **21+ ONLY
  • Sunday 12 noon-7pm is *ALL AGES
  • *ALL AGES under 21 must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
  • **21+ ONLY events must show valid ID for entry. No Exceptions.

OKTOBERFEST PET POLICY
