Old World Deli & Bakey is seeking an experienced deli clerk with a customer service background. Someone upbeat, energetic, and loves working with employees and customers of different nationalities since Old World is home to many of them. Fluent in English is a must. Deli clerk responsibilities include:
- Provide responsive and exceptional service to deli counter customers by answering questions, making recommendations, providing samples, and responding to requests.
- Recommending, slicing, weighing, packaging, and pricing meats and cheeses.
- Preparing special orders and party trays.
- High standards for product freshness and sanitation.
- Filling, maintaining, and rotating product displays.
- Operating cash register.
- Assisting in other duties as assigned.
- MUST be 18 years or older.
- Food preparation experience.
- Able to work as a team member.
- A passion for serving people.
- Duties performed primarily in the deli department include walking, standing for prolonged periods, and lifting deli products up to 50 lbs.

Old World Biergarten features a 10,000 sq ft. outdoor space and is a family-owned and operated business. Our kitchen makes everything from lunch to dinner, and we also have banquets and festivals, which our kitchen proudly prepares. The hours may vary and will range between 20-30 hours per week. We prefer someone with experience. Our kitchen makes German, Hungarian, and American Cuisine. We have been in business since 1978.

The Biergarten at Old World in Huntington Beach, CA, is looking for experienced Sound Technicians to work on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Experience with QU Series is a plus. All shifts are a minimum of 5 hours.
Job duties include:
- Setting up band monitors and adjusting levels for performers
- Running Front of House mix with a comfortable volume for patrons
- Monitoring volume levels with DB reader
- Running a basic light board for stage lights
- Interacting with the band and making sure they are taken care of with food and beverage
