CLEAR BAG POLICY
OLD WORLD BIERGARTEN EVENTS

To help ensure the safety and security of all guests, Old World Biergarten has implemented a Clear Bag Policy for ALL events & festivals.

Permitted Bags

Guests may bring only the following:

• Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12"
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc-style)
• Medically necessary bags (subject to inspection)
• Diaper bags accompanying an infant or small child (subject to inspection)

Prohibited Bags

The following items are not permitted:

• Backpacks
• Small clutch bags 4.5" x 6.5"
• Purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5"
• Tote bags
• Fanny packs (unless clear)
• Drawstring bags
• Camera bags
• Duffel bags
• Briefcases
• Any non-clear bag exceeding approved dimensions

Security Screening

All guests and permitted bags are subject to security screening upon entry. Guests arriving with prohibited bags may be denied entry until the item is returned to their vehicle.

SOCCER FEST ENTRY TICKETS*

We recommend getting an Entry Ticket in advance to help us plan for attendance. Walk-ins are welcome based on available capacity. 

HOW TO GET ENTRY TICKETS

• Advance Tickets are available online. 
• Tickets are also available at the door, day of the event, based on available capacity. There may be a charge for admission ticket at the door, especially for high-demand matches.
• No re-entry is allowed.
• Online tickets are sent to the email address provided during registration.
• Tickets may be presented on your phone or as a printed copy at the entrance.
• If you are attending with a group, either arrive together or forward each ticket to the appropriate guest. Every attendee must present their own ticket for entry.
• We do not offer will call. All tickets must be presented electronically or in print.

*IMPORTANT NOTICE: Possession of a free reserved ticket does not guarantee admission to the event. Admission is subject to venue capacity limits and all applicable safety regulations. Once maximum occupancy is reached, entry may be denied regardless of ticket reservation status. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission when capacity has been met.

VENUE INFORMATION

SEATING:
Seating is first come, first served.

• This is an indoor and outdoor venue with seating and standing areas.
• There are 50-60 tables at the venue (Restaurant, Biergarten and Festival Hall) and seating is first come, first serve.
• Live Music, Festivals and Special Events take place in the RESTAURANT (Dining stage), BIERGARTEN (Garden stage) and FESTIVAL HALL (Main stage). 
• With free or purchased General Admission tickets, seating or standing areas are occupied on a first-come, first-served basis to areas that are not assigned or reserved.

RESERVED TABLES:
Limited Availability

• For certain matches, RESERVED TABLES may be available for purchase.
• There are limited amount of reserved tables available and we recommend purchasing them early. 
• Reserved Tables seat approximately 6-8 guests.
• The purchase of a Reserved Table is for the table only.
• The purchase of a Reserved Table DOES NOT include admission tickets.

OUR RESTAURANT:
The Restaurant is separate from LIVE MUSIC and FESTIVALS (Irish Fest, Oktoberfest, Soccer Fest ... etc.).
The Restaurant is open 7 Days A Week - Monday through Sunday.

• Visit the Restaurant's website for Restaurant  hours and menus.
• Come early and enjoy dinner at the RESTAURANT before the show. Or come for lunch and stay for the show!
• The Restaurant takes reservations through Yelp for parties up to 6 people. There is a $25 cancellation fee for Yelp reservations cancelled within 24 hours or for a no-show. For reservations help, call 714-895-8020 ext. 108
• For Restaurant Reservations for more than 6 people, please call the Restaurant at 714-895-8020 ext. 108 to make a reservation. Please cancel 24 hour in advance to avoid being charge the cancellation fee. Click here for cancellation fee.
• The Restaurant HAPPY HOUR is $2 OFF DRINKS and is only available INSIDE the main RESTAURANT & BAR on Monday through Friday from 3pm-6pm    

PARKING:
Parking is always FREE at Old World!

• Parking is located in the high rise structure off Huntington Village Lane and Center Ave. behind the Hotel Huntington Beach or at the high rise in the Bella Terra parking lot. Follow the Old World Parking signs located on Huntington Village Lane.
• DO NOT PARK IN THE EAST OR WEST OF OLD WORLD VILLAGE PARKING LOTS. Violators will be towed.

LIVE EVENT VENUE POLICY

• For 21+ Only event, all attendees must have a valid ID. 
• For All Ages event, under 21 must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
• Seating is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE.
• You may be subject to random security screenings/searches and questioning and agree to observe all requirements for entry. Admission will be revoked and purchaser will be removed if not in compliance. Cans, bottles, weapons, mace, firearms, fireworks, contraband, outside alcohol, marijuana, laser pointers, artificial noisemakers, knives, tasers, stun guns, pocket knives and containers of any kind are prohibited inside the event. No clothing or identifying markers of members of hate groups, gangs and/or organizations that do or do not engage in criminal or other notorious activities is permitted (discretion will be left to management or security staff).
• We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
• We may photograph, film, videotape or record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters our venue, and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.
• For ticketed events:
  • No re-entry is allowed.
  • If you are reserving or purchasing tickets for a group, please forward each individual ticket to the appropriate guest before arrival, as we do not offer will call.
  • Every attendee, including complimentary and free ticket holders, must present a valid ticket for entry.
  • By reserving or purchasing a ticket, you agree to the event terms and conditions.      

LIVE EVENT PET POLICY

• Service animals that are specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcomed in the venue.
• Pets are welcome at our BIERGARTEN outdoor patio area.
• No pets allowed inside TICKETED CONCERTS. Only service animals allowed.
• The entire area is dog-friendly EXCEPT for FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS after 6pm when we have TICKETED CONCERTS
