We are a vibrant and bustling establishment located at Old World, known for our authentic German cuisine and lively atmosphere. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as hosts, bussers, and food runners. If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and want to be part of an energetic team, we'd love to hear from you!

Host Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Use the YELP waitlist iPad to manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide helpful information about our menu, events, and entrance locations.
• Direct guests to the appropriate entrance based on their preferences or event-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to create a pleasant and organized dining experience for our patrons.
• Primarily weekend shifts, with a focus on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Busser Responsibilities:

• Clear tables promptly, removing dirty dishes and resetting for the next guests.
• Assist in light mopping, restroom touch-ups, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the establishment.
• Handle trash removal and ensure proper disposal.
• Collaborate with fellow bussers and servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Enjoy the opportunity to earn minimum wage plus tips.
• Weekend availability is preferred, with an emphasis on evening and night shifts.

Food Runner Responsibilities:

• Transport food from the kitchen to tables using large trays, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Support servers and bussers in attending to guests' needs promptly.
• Foster a seamless dining experience by assisting with food delivery and clearing empty dishes.
• Work closely with the team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications for All Positions:

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work primarily on weekends, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Evening and night availability is desired for certain positions.
