Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

Social Media Platforms: Social Media Manager shall manage the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok accounts for both German Deli and Biergarten (live events & restaurant and bar at Old World.
Yelp Connect, Social Media Manager shall handle the Yelp Connect marketing for both German Deli and Biergarten.
Email Platforms: Social Media Manager shall manage the email platforms for both Biergarten and German Deli using Audience Republic, square and toast.

2. Posting Schedule:

Facebook, Instagram & Twitter: Social Media Manager shall make two posts per day for both German Deli and Biergarten on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Out of the 14 weekly posts for each platform, at least seven of those posts should be reels.
Stories: Daily stories should be posted on both German Deli and Biergarten accounts. The in-house management team will also have access to post stories.

3. TikTok:

Social Media Manager shall create 2-4 TikTok videos per week for both German Deli and Biergarten.

4. YouTube

Social Media Manager shall post all reels created to YouTube Shorts for both German Deli and Biergarten.

5. Email Marketing:

Social Media Manager shall send anywhere from 1-5 emails per week for both German Deli and Biergarten based on managements discretion through Audience Republic. Email and text campaigns through Toast and Square

6. Square & Toast:

Social Media Manager shall create 1 email per week and/or offer on both Square and Toast for German Deli and Biergarten.

7. Yelp Connect:

Social Media Manager shall post 1 update per week on Yelp Connect for Biergarten.

8. Customer Engagement:

Social Media Manager shall engage with customers, respond to comments, and repost content at least 5 times per week across all platforms for both German Deli and Biergarten.

9. Events and Promotions:

Social Media Manager shall create events on Facebook and Instagram for all events, concerts, festivals, etc for both German Deli and Biergarten.

10. Advertising:

Social Media Manager shall place ads on Facebook Ads platform and Google and be responsible for their maintenance for both German Deli and Biergarten.

11. Influencer Outreach:

Social Media Manager shall connect with influencers and micro-influencers to promote German Deli and Biergarten accounts.

12. Press and Media:

Social Media Manager shall help with influencer and press parties and send out press releases. Work closely with videographers Old World hires for specific shows or promotions.

13. Collaboration with Company Team Members:

Social Media Manager shall work directly with Tyler (Entertainment Director), Rita (Food in Kitchen), Fabio for Bar, Arpeni, Cyndie & Carly (Events, Specials, Market), Ronin (Germandeli Online Dept), Keven (Bakery), and Dane (Deli).
